Genuine Jecod air pump replacement diaphragm
Over time the rubber diaphragms in an air pump will perrish, split or stretch causing reduced air output or in the worst case no air output at all. Replacing diaphragms on an annual basis ensures that your air pump is working to its full potential.
Properties of the air pump replacement diaphragm :

- 2 diaphragms supplied
- approx 65 mm diameter
Replacement instructions:
- Before starting work, make sure the compressor is unplugged.
- Loosen the screws.
- Remove the cover of the air chamber.
- Loosen one by one: the locking nut from the anchor bolt.
- Remove the regulator, electrostatic membrane, and the membrane.
- Install a new membrane. Make sure the membrane fits precisely into the groove of the air chamber.
- Reinstall all parts.
Cleaning and replacing the air filter
Dust or foreign objects entering the air intake can cause loud noise or compressor failure. Follow the instructions for cleaning and replacing the filter sponge:
- Before starting work, make sure the compressor is unplugged.
- Loosen the screws.
- Remove the air chamber cover.
- Remove the air filter sponge.
- Remove dust or foreign objects from the air intake and filter housing.
- If the filter has accumulated a lot of dirt, it should be replaced or washed with a neutral detergent (and thoroughly rinsed with water and dried in the sun before reinstallation).
